Jennifer Butts is both artist and art teacher, currently living in Central California. She is from Little Rock, Arkansas, and spent 18 years living and teaching in Central America.
She incorporates art into all aspects of life: from appreciating and regularly creating artwork to illustrating children's books to teaching and beautifying the community around her with murals.
MURALS
She has completed over 45 murals, for schools, communities, private homes, store fronts, restaurants, etc. She is regularly working on new sketch proposals for interested individuals and businesses.

ILLUSTRATIONS
She works in a variety of artistic styles and has recently added children's illustration to her repertoire. She thoroughly enjoys creating art that can catch the attention of people of all ages.

About Jennifer Butts
Jennifer grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a child, she took art classes at her local art center and took as many art classes in school as available. While in college, she earned an Art Education degree at the University of Central Arkansas, with the main goals of being able to travel the world, experience different cultures, and teach what she loves.
Jennifer travelled extensively, but eventually settled in Central America for 18 years. There she was a teacher at 2 bilingual schools and a missionary working with at-risk children and youth.
Recently she and her family moved to California, where she is a licensed painting contractor working as a muralist. Jennifer also works in children's illustration, creatively combining her teaching experience and love of art together to inspire the younger generations.
